    Open Mnemosyne and select an order or request. Its details contain materials, previews and available actions. Documentation is a separate app for platform guides.

  2. 02

    To attach a file to a request or chat, use the upload control in that flow. Follow the stated format and size limits.

  3. 03

    Wait for upload confirmation before closing the window. If a file is not ready yet, try again shortly.
